-Here is a good reply to a seller who wants to keep something off of the sellers disclosure:
"I can help you market around a defect on the property. But in the case you try to hide something there is absolutely nothing I can do to protect you from litigation on DTPA."
-When a client declines an inspection be sure to use TAR 1925 or 1939
-Be sure page 9 has Kristina Guzman (license # 0443957)
