To get the direct link to your 5-star Google review for your Google Business page, here are the steps to take once your Google Business page is verified and live on Google:



1.  Search yourself on Google

2.  Click on the "Write Review" button that appears on your Google Business listing

3.  Copy the long link/URL from the address bar (it will end in a 3,,)

4.  Go to the RE/MAX URL shortener here:

5.  Click the “Create Link” button in upper-right corner.  Paste the link you copied earlier into the box.

6.  Take out the final comma in that pasted link and add a 5, to the end

7.  Click the “Create Link” button

How to get Zillow Reviews:

1.  Sign into your Zillow account

2.  Go to your Zillow Profile 

3.  Select "Request a review"

4.  A form will appear where you can ask for reviews three ways:


-Email individual clients with a link to a review form on Zillow. To streamline this process, you can pre-populate the form with the address of the home you helped them buy or sell, and fill in the service you provided (buyer's agent, seller's agent, etc).


-Email multiple clients using one general form (up to 50 email addresses allowed per day). Each of your clients will get an email from you, with a link to the agent review request form.


-Send a client a direct link to your review form. Cut and paste the URL that goes that goes directly to a review for you. 


  • How-to move yourself up in Google search results:

  1. 100% complete - All online profiles: Facebook, Google Business, Zillow, etc.

  2. Consistency - Same name used across all profiles (i.e. Joe Smith - REALTOR -  RE/MAX Signature Properties

  3. Reviews (min of 6) - Rotate review sources: Gather reviews from Google, Facebook, etc.
